How does T-Shirt Crazed handle refunds and returns?

T-Shirt Crazed is a print-on-demand company, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if your customer ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed their mind.

However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, T-Shirt Crazed offers a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 7 days of product delivery. Please get in touch with our Support team using the “Contact Us” form.

If there’s an issue affecting multiple products that use the same design, an additional photo (or video) of all affected items visible in one frame will be required for confirmation purposes.

Please note: If the order shipping details were incorrect, or if the customer ordered the wrong size or color, T-Shirt Crazed will not be held responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds. You are responsible for capturing the correct information from your customers.

When is a product eligible for replacement?

In case you have received an incorrect or faulty product, please get in touch with our team within 7 days of product delivery, and we will be happy to arrange a free replacement.

If there’s an issue affecting multiple products that use the same design, an additional photo (or video) of all affected items visible in one frame will be required for confirmation purposes.

Our team will do everything possible to correct the situation and provide the most suitable solution to you.

Please note that a free replacement is not offered in these cases:

  • Lost orders with an incorrect delivery address provided by your customer
  • Products that were received as requested; however, your customer wishes to have another size/color instead
  • Garments with a minor size deviation from the size guide measurements (below 1")
  • Low-quality prints caused by a low-quality design

How do I cancel or edit an order?

Orders are sent to production within 2-4 hours, this means that the order data has reached the print provider, and they may already be working on the order fulfillment. Due to that, it may not be possible to cancel the order free of charge at this point.

Nevertheless, our support team will reach out to the print provider and attempt to cancel the order for a refund.

Please note: Cancellation with a refund is not guaranteed to be possible, as the order may have already entered the production process.

Bad odor

Please note that a faint odor is a natural occurrence in the direct-to-garment (DTG) printing industry. Typically, the odor will disappear after the first wash.
